Tania Borja
Lead Project Coordinator
Tania Borja is a Holistic Health Practitioner, Reiki Teacher, Community Organizer/Advocate, Writer, Mother and Entrepreneur. She is the founder and Director of Lunae Healing Arts, an international Holistic and alternative health practice.
Tania has successfully planned, organized and facilitated several events, talks, workshops and lectures on Holistic and Alternative Health for different organizations, community centres, and collectives, resulting in 1000+ people from our local community, feeling more empowered and knowledgeable about their own health and wellbeing. She has a long and well known trajectory as an active member and volunteer at different community organizations and artists collectives that encourage folks to develop their own social and creative expressions and participation. She is currently actively participating in community advocacy, as well as teaching online about Self-development topics and growing her private Holistic Health practice.
Tania's community and professional work has greatly contributed and continues to touch the lives of many women, youth and children. Her personal and professional approach is inclusive, empowering and committed to service.
Pilar González
Conoser/Teach2learn Program Director
Pilar González is an educator for adults, children and youth; she finished her bachelor in philosophy and literature in Colombia, several pedagogy courses in Spain. She launched an educational languages program at Costi Corvetti Education Center in Toronto when in turn finished a Master degree in Arts at UofT. She uses theater, arts and workshops as educative tool. She is one of the founders of the Artistic and academic program for Spanish speaking youth in Toronto – Canada named Teach 2 Learn. It aims to prevent school dropout.
Daniel Sanchez Morales

Daniel Sanchez Morales is a BSc. Honours in Psychology student at York University, undergraduate research assistant and youth mentor. He is also currently participating as a contributing writer at the Trauma & Health Report magazine, focusing on mental health and trauma-related topics.
Daniel has experienced planning, organizing and delivering workshops related to coping mechanisms and emotions' regulation. Daniel also planned, coordinated, guided and executed AMAUTAS 2020, a summer program that helped youth to explore and acknowledge their Latinx and Caribbean roots, as well as their interpersonal skills.
He has shared his leadership and mentoring skills, supporting youth from primary school to college level to achieve personal and academic success. He is comprised to offer support and help his community since he believes that "teamwork makes a dream work"
Angie Barreno
Youth mentors and Coordinator
Angie Barreno, and her passion for social services and the educational system has manifested itself in her professional career, passion for learning, and volunteer service. She worked as a community security coordinator in Dukes Heights BIA, the second largest BIA in North America. In this position, she managed the various issues that the small businesses face in collaboration with the City of Toronto, the Board of Directors, and BIA members.
Angie has been a youth worker at Teach2Learn for over six years. Angie's community work has sharpened her skills in financial management, programme planning, grant writing, relationship building, and, most importantly, youth education. Angie holds a postgraduate certificate in economic development as well as an advanced diploma in child and youth care.
Ana Raquel Ramírez Castillo

Ana Raquel Ramírez Castillo is a Salvadorean multidisciplinary artist, mother, entrepreneur and educator, with a diploma from OCAD.
Through her professional trajectory, Ana Raquel has gained vast experience in the planning, design and execution of artistic and educational projects for children, youth and adults, in diverse settings, contexts and environments. She has been part of many community-based project initiatives and also an active member of various artists collectives and organizations in different countries in the Abya Yala.
Susana Gonzalez
Youth mentors and Coordinator
Susana Gonzalez, discover her passion for social justice and education at an early age, she began doing her high school co-op in an elementary school in which she fell in love with community work and the importance of supporting children. She graduated from Humber College in the field of Community Justices Services in which she was also able to do her placement practices in Carleton Village Junior and senior School, where she was teacher assistance, she was able to use her studies to support teachers, trouble kids, bullying situation, fighting and academic support.
Susana is currently a youth worker at Teach 2 Learn, she coordinates the children program in which she has to support volunteers, parent, children, and program organization. She also supports the youth mentoring program with workshops, follow ups of activities and outreaching.
Karen Melo

Karen Melo is a psychologist passionate about helping the community. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology in Brazil, where she grew up and cultivated her roots. With over five years of experience as a Human Resources Professional, she has recently graduated from the Human Resources Management Program at George Brown College. She started getting involved with community work in Brazil, where she was part of a few local cultural projects. She came to Canada in 2014 to start a new chapter in her life, and in 2015 she got the amazing opportunity to become a volunteer for Conoser - Teach 2 Learn program, where now she is the Program Coordinator. Since then, she has been involved in many projects helping the community.
